The prosperity from the sky and land and justice of the ruler had cause the rich people difficulty to seek and find poor people to be given zakat during Khalifah Umar Abdul Aziz's time. During this period, Muslims constantly became the best people, honourable and are respected by opponent and friends. Furthermore luxurious lives, had make Muslims forgotten from setting up religion's requirement. With high knowledge at its peak had brought Muslims to waste their times in unimportant questions which ended with arguments amongst each other and eventually destroy the splendour era of Uthmaniah's state government.
